What You’ll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day production and shop-floor activities
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
Planning and optimizing manpower, machinery, and resources
Ensuring strict quality and safety compliance
Coordinating closely with QA/QC, Design, Projects, Planning, and Stores teams
Using SAP for production booking and material tracking
Preparing MIS, KPI, and productivity reports
Driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
